I am a dual fellowship-trained Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon based at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. I provide a comprehensive service as a Specialist Knee Surgeon, delivering the best patient experience with a solid contribution to research and education.

With a modern, patient-specific approach to soft tissue injuries of the knee, I regularly manage athletes from a broad spectrum of sports and perform a wide range of procedures, including primary and revision ACL reconstruction, meniscal repair and cartilage surgery enabling athletes to return to play.

I offer solutions for early arthritis, including biological joint injections, cartilage procedures and osteotomy surgery. For patients with advanced (bone on bone) arthritis, my philosophy is only to replace the diseased area of the arthritic knee. I perform partial and total knee replacements, including patellofemoral joint replacements.
